Dixon and Freivokh Combine in "Mantis 80m" Design

Two of the worlds top yacht designers have combined on this project of the Mantis 80m, a spectacular Superyacht of stunning design with an overall length of 82.5m (270ft). Dixon Yacht Design are responsible for the naval architecture and the exterior design and Ken Freivokh and his team took on the task of designing the interior for this project. The great collaboration of these two design studios to produce this design is evident throughout the pictures.

The original concept, which has been registered by Dixon Yacht Design, was to design a flybridge performance Superyacht with the flybridge deck integrated into the hull line. The result is this very stylish yacht with wonderful clean and smooth lines, which not only looks exceptional, but will be extremely comfortable to live on and deliver outstanding performance.

The interior design by Ken Freivokh perfectly complements the exterior, with continuity of lines and the integration of spaces. The custom built interior will be lightweight, so as to have no effect on her performance while sailing in Superyacht regattas or just cruising. She will have 6 staterooms, with the owners master cabin spanning the full beam of the yacht with fold out balconies either side. She will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests and will have a crew of 16.
