New Codecasa 65 Project

After delivering three Codecasa 65's between 2008 - 2010, Codecasa have just reveled that they will be starting their 4th 65 project.

"The new Codecasa 65 is a sober and elegant Yacht that soon conveys a feeling of solidity without appearing too rigorous. Its intentionally 'masculine' profile, balanced between classic and trendy lines, captivates thanks to a natural and thoughtful synthesis of the Codecasa nautical tradition with the classic lines evolution, achieving the new classic style by subtraction" explained Domenico Gozzani, Codecasa Shipyards Exterior Stylist.


She will have large interior volumes and extremely clean exterior lines which are seen throughout her four decks. The lower deck is made up of four guest cabins, with the main deck entirely devoted to the relaxation of guests and owners thanks to the huge saloon and the adjacent dining room. The upper deck is exclusively dedicated to the owner, which includes a second saloon and a large owner's suite with a VIP cabin and a direct access to a very private external living area forward.

Codecasa Launch Framura 3

Codecasa Yachts in Italy have been very busy over the last few weeks as they launch a second megayacht. Framura 3 which measures 50m (164ft) in length was launched on the 22nd of June at 11.00am at the new Codecasa production facility in the Darsena dei Navicelli in Pisa. Framura 3 has become the flagship of the sport series that already includes the Codecasa 35s, 41s and 45s.

Framura 3's interior was designed by the owner's personal interior designer in with influences from Anna Maria and Franco Della Role over the last two years. Her exterior lines and layout blend sporty aesthetic lines with a long main and aft deck typically found on your traditional looking megayachts. This styling works surprisingly well, producing a sleek and sexy megayacht.

She will be able to accommodate up to 12 in one owner's cabin and 5 guest cabins that consist of light oak and and dark wenge fixtures. Framura 3 will be delivered to her owner later this month so expect to see her around the Mediterranean over the next couple of months. 

Codecasa Launch Another 42m Vintage Series

Codecasa recently launched their second megayacht in the 42 Vintage Series, she sports a beautiful gray hull with a white superstructure and is known to us as hull F75 for now. F75 was developed in-house by the yards staff in collaboration with Arch. The 42 Vintage Series was launched in 2011 with the debut of F75s sister-ship F73 "M/Y Magari" who went on to win the Nautical Design Award for best interior design.

Her classic swept back exterior lines mimic the classic gentleman yachts of the 1930s and along with a gross tonnage of under 500, she proves to be a perfect yacht for any owner. Her accommodation includes one owners suite forward on the main deck along with two double and two twin guest cabins located on the lower deck.

She has tremendous interior volume where you will find two spacious salons among other areas that have been finished in ivory and dark mahogany wood. The interior was carefully designed by the in-house team of Franco and Anna Maria Dellarole.

Codecasa's Double Construction

The Italian shipyard Codecasa Yachts is well underway with the construction of two Mega Yachts, Hull No. 2 F.75 in the "Vintage" Series and Hull C.120 in the 50m Series. Not much is known about these yachts but below you can find the technical specs. Codecasa Yachts will update Mega Yacht Global with more information later in the year near the launch dates.

Codecasa Launch new 51m "Aldabra"

Aldabra 167ft is the newest in the 51 meter series to be launched by the Italian shipyard Codecasa in Viareggio. She hit the Mediterranean water on the 24th of September and is still under going some finishing touches before she is finally handed over to her new owners in a few weeks time.

Her two tone modern exterior is sure to turn heads and was the work of Codecasa's in house design team Della Role, also the interior was designed by Della Role. She can accommodate 12 guests in 5 staterooms and the owners master suite. Her main features are an elevator that connects all her 4 decks and the fold out balcony off the master suite.

She has a max speed of 17.5kts and has a range of 4000nm while cruising at a speed of 13kts.
