CMB Launch 47m "Orient Star"

The Turkish shipyard CMB Yachts launched the 47m (154ft) Orient Star at the end of last month and Mega Yacht Global have brought you exclusive pictures of her out on the water being put through her paces. She was previously known as project name (Mina) during her construction at the yard. Her strong exterior lines were designed by a team of in-house designers and her interior was designed by British designer Tara Bernerd of Tara Bernerd & Partners.

She can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 suites which include and a full beam owners master suite forward on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twins both with pullman berths on the lower deck. She is powered by twin 1,459hp MTU engines that will power her to a maximum speed of 17kts and a range of 4,000nm at 13kts.

She is due to be delivered to her new owner in September, so keep a look out for her in some of the favorite Superyacht hot spots in the Mediterranean before she heads for some winter sun.
