World Superyacht Awards 2014 Finalists


The finalists for the ninth annual World Superyacht Awards, which will take place on Saturday 3 May in Amsterdam have been announced.

The impressive shortlist will comprise of sixty two of the finest newly built superyachts that were delivered in 2013. The winners of the famous Neptune trophies will be chosen by an independent judging panel comprised of twenty yacht owners and two industry professionals at the exclusive Kitzbuhel Country Club, during the Superyacht Design Symposium. The results will remain secret until the highly anticipated gala evening and prize giving, which will be attended by an international audience of yacht owners and the most influential players in the superyacht industry.

The sponsors will include yacht builders Amels, Feadship, Heesen Yachts, Holland Jachtbouw and Royal Huisman, as well as newly confirmed gold sponsor Embraer Executive Jets, the 2014 gala will take place at Amsterdam's beautiful National Maritime Museum. Having some of world leading shipyards, skilled yacht designers and craftsmen and a rich maritime history, Amsterdam is the perfect location to celebrate the best in superyacht build and design.
