Feadship "Musashi" Wins ISS Award

Larry Ellison's beautiful 87.78m (288ft) Feadship Musashi has just won the International Superyacht Society award for 'best motoryacht over 65m'  and 'the best interior'. The awards ceremony took place in Fort Lauderdale and caps of an excellent year for one of the largest Feadships to date.

Delivered in the spring of 2011, the magnificent Musashi is the perfect example of the flexibility Feadship clients enjoy when designing a custom build. You can see in the image above, the distinctive floor to ceiling windows throughout the decks that also featured in Larry's previous Superyacht 'Rising Sun', showing the flexibility of a custom built Feadship. As for the interior Larry's love for Japanese design and art flows through the yacht in an art deco style that's emphasised by the abundance of natural light.

Musashi in addition to her ISS award has also won a Neptune prize at the ShowBoats Design Awards, was named Best Custom Built Yacht at the Asia Boating Award, and received the World Yacht Trophy in Cannes.
