Trinity Yachts Deliver Sporty "Finish Line"


Last week Trinity Yachts in Gulfport, Mississippi announced the delivery of the sporty 36m (120ft) megayacht "Finish Line". She's definitely not your typical looking Trinity my any means, with her sleek sporty lines and raised pilot house. Her delighted American owner who is an avid race car enthusiast opted for a shallow draft of 1.7m (5ft6) so they can cruise between the east coast of the United States, the Bahamas and get up close and personal at Daytona beach in Florida for those all important car races.

The owner and guest accommodations consists of a full beam owner’s cabin and three guest staterooms. The large owner’s cabin features a king size bed with his and hers en-suite bathrooms and a large walk-in closet. All guest cabins, that consist of two double and one twin all have private en-suites.

Out on deck you will find an air conditioned aft deck with wet bar and a dining table with seating for eight. The sun deck features a full helm station on the starboard side, a wet bar, seating for alfresco dining and storage aft for a tender and two jet skis.

The New Ocean Alexander 120 Launches

Ocean Alexander in collaboration with Christensen Yachts have just launched a beauty, the first Ocean Alexander 120 Superyacht. This beautifully designed Superyacht measures 37m (121'2") in length, has a beam of 7.7m (25'2") and was designed by renowned designer Evan K. Marshall. Due to her design and construction this 120ft Superyacht contains many of the features usually seen only on on 130ft+ yachts.

She is able to accommodate 10 guests in a spacious master stateroom plus 4 guest cabins each with an en suite bathroom. Her main saloon is warm and inviting and the formal dining room seats up to 10 guests. Aft on the bridge deck you will find the sky lounge where guests can retire for relaxation after their formal evening meal. The crew accommodation for 6 is located forward on the lower deck and the captain's cabin is just forward of the sky lounge on the bridge deck.

She is now undergoing sea trials and will be delivered in mid-September, then her maiden voyage will take her to (FLIBS) the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October where she will be on view to the public for the first time.

Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)


The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is widely know to be the wolds biggest in the water yacht show and runs from the 27th - 31st October for its 52nd time. There will be old and new yachts at the show with a number of them making their debut into the world of Mega Yachts.
One Mega Yacht that is bee talked about is the 240ft Delta Laurel that was launched 5 years ago but is been shown for the very first time. She just left the Med 2 weeks ago on her delivery across the Atlantic for the show ( see pictures of her at the dock in Valencia Spain below). Her exterior design was the work of the in house delta design group and the interior was designed by the renowned Donald Starkey.
