Bilgin Yachts Launch Classic 160

Bilgin Yachts in Turkey pre launched their newest yacht the classic 160, the first in the series with hull no.2 on the way. The yard were attempting for a scheduled launch on Monday the 23rd but due to wind conditions they postponed to later in the week. We will bring you the launching and photo shoot pictures over the next few days as they come in.

The Classic 160 brings the great golden era of yachting forward into today's modern world, she is the perfect yacht for an owner who wants a classic looking yacht built with modern efficiency and standards. She will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests 1n 6 cabins with the owners full beam cabin forward on the main deck. She is currently for sale for €11,500,000.

Bilgin's New 50m Concept Design

Bilgin Yachts have released their new concept design for the 50m Voyager. She has sharp lines and similarity's to that of an expedition style yacht, with her large bow and short stacked decks. She will be able to accommodate 12 guests in her 6 cabins, 4 on the lower deck, a VIP cabin forward on the main deck and the owners cabin forward on the second deck with full wrap around windows.

She will have an infinity swimming on the aft deck and on the bow a helipad for guests to arrive and depart, also in the bow she will be able to store 2 nautica tenders 15ft and 19ft. She will have a max speed of 16kts, a cruising speed of 14kts and a economical cruising speed of 10kts. The crew accommodation will be on the lower deck at the bow where there will be 6 cabins and a captains cabin aft on the bridge deck.

Bilgin Yachts Dry Launch New 40m

The Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts have just recently dry launched their new innovative 40m (132ft) yacht. This project was a combined effort with H2 yacht designs who were responsible for the exterior and interior design. The exterior shows sharp and clean flowing lines with her most noticeable feature the X-bow. This bow resembles similar bows on other mega yachts such as Feadships Predator and Blohm & Voss's A. Her interior is fresh and modern without being too minimal, combining the rich maccasser and zebrano woods with warm leathers and fabrics.

She will be able to accommodate 8 guests in 1 mater cabin forward on the main deck, 1 VIP and 2 guest cabins on the lower deck. She will have a crew of 6 with 3 crew cabins in the bow and a captains cabin aft of the bridge. She will have a max speed of 21kts and a cruising speed of 17kts.
