WallyAce 'Kanga' Available For Charter


 Wally never cease to amaze with their innovative designs and styling, which are definitely seen in their first WallyAce christened 'Kanga'. She measures 26m (85ft) in length and has a total of 282 sqm, this is 30% greater than its nearest competitor in the same size range. She is now available on the charter market with Floating Life Charter & Brokerage.

She is the first Wally to have the new Wallybow which incorporates the bulb into the bow. It combines the vertical bow to pierce the waves and the bulb to improve the performance and she also features 3 decks:
  • The 60 sqm sun deck over the superstructure is a large sunbathing and
    lounge area, featuring the vast 3x3 meter sun-pad with adjustable backs, a
    fully equipped bar with counter and stools, and sofa seating for 8-10 guests.
  • The 120 sqm main deck has two social cockpits (one forward with table and
    seating for 8-10 guests, and one aft with dining and lounge areas). The superstructure is completely surrounded by glass to enhance the Wally inside outside living concept and incorporates a 50sqm saloon area.
  • The 95 sqm guest and service deck in the lower level.

She will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 large double cabins, two of which include pullman beds. The owner and VIP cabins are aft on the lower deck and open out onto the aft terrace that has direct access to the sea. Her interior styling will be fresh and simple with teak wood and beige coloured fabric that further enhance Kanga's inside outside living concept. She is has a range of over 3,000nm, remarkable for a yacht of her size.

  • Med: Low Season (€45,000 per week)
  • Caribbean: High Season ($62,000 per week)
  • Caribbean: Low Season ($55,000 per week)

'Kanga', The First WallyAce 26m Is Launched

The first WallyAce has successfully hit the water in Marina di Ravenna, Italy. Kanga is undergoing extensive sea trials before the delivery to her owners for their summer cruising. Wally has two more WallyAce 26m that are currently under construction and are scheduled to be launched at the end of 2012 and in spring 2013.

Nearly Completed - The Wally 50m

The newest Wally that is nearing completion is the 165ft, project name the Wally 50m. Once completed this will be Wally's largest yacht to date overtaking their current largest yacht Saudade 148ft by 17ft. The Wally 50m has the classic wally look with a sharp stealthy lines and a clean deck. The cabin has similar lines an look as the cabin on the wally Ace which in currently in construction.

This yacht has plenty of deck space including on top of the cabin where the captain can take the helm while the guest enjoy relaxing in the seating area and take in the views. In the saloon she will be able to seat 16 - 18 guests around the table. The large aft deck can be used for sunbathing and also an easy way in to the water for a quick swim.


Her rig will be from Hall Spars and her rigging is Composite PBO rigging from Future Fibres and left the factory last week on its way to the yard to be attached to the mast. She will be able to accommodate 10 guests and a crew of 10.

Construction starts on the Wally "Ace"

Construction is well underway at Wally for the first two hulls of the 86ft Wally Ace. The first hull is expected to be launched in March 2012 and the second later in the year. The Wally Ace is a ultra stylish and modern design which is sure to cause major attention when launched next year.

The yacht boasts huge open spaces with natural light and quality design that is hard to find in yachts of this size range. As seen in the picture above she has a upper sun deck dedicated to the sun lovers and guests that want to relax and take in the views. On the aft deck she has spacious an alfresco dining area.

The yacht will have a max speed of 12kts and a cruising speed of 10kts with a range of 2,400nm. She will be able to accommodate up to 8 guests and a crew of 4. The accommodation can be configured in two ways either with 3 cabins or with 4 cabins. The owners state room is a full beam room with access to a terrace on to the sea. See in the picture below.
